Custom Corporate Gift Notebooks & Calendars
If you are sourcing corporate gifts for clients or employees, you already know that a branded notebook or calendar is more than a giveaway. It sits on a desk for a year. It is seen by everyone who walks by. A cheap one gets thrown in a drawer; a good one stays in sight.
At QYC Print, we are a custom manufacturer in Guangzhou, China, operating since 1988. We do not sell ready-made products. You give us the specs and branding, and we produce custom notebooks and calendars — along with matching gift boxes and paper bags — under one roof.
What Makes a Corporate Gift Notebook Feel Premium
Three details separate a premium notebook from a cheap one:
- Cover material: PU leather is the standard for corporate gifts. It is durable, scratch-resistant, and feels professional. We also work with specialty paper and fabric covers.
- Finishing: Hot foil stamping is the most popular way to apply a logo. Temperature and pressure must be precise, or the gold flakes off. We do all foil stamping in-house on our Heidelberg presses.
- Binding: Lay-flat binding (180 degrees) is non-negotiable for a high-end notebook. It lets the user write without the spine getting in the way.
Custom Calendars: A Seasonal Opportunity
Desk calendars are a staple corporate gift, especially from October to December when companies plan for the next year. A custom desk calendar needs a sturdy easel base, matte paper that doesn’t glare, and often a logo in foil. We produce these as standalone items or as a set with a matching notebook.
One Factory for Notebooks, Calendars, Boxes, and Bags
Most corporate gift projects need more than one item. A client might order notebooks for employees, calendars for clients, and gift boxes for both. Sourcing each from a different supplier means mismatched dimensions and missed deadlines.
At QYC Print, we manufacture the notebook, the calendar, the gift box, and the paper bag in the same factory. This is our one-stop component approach. You get one shipment, one invoice, and perfectly matched specifications.
Export Compliance Support
We support your compliance flow, provide MSDS documentation, and can print tracking labels as required. FSC certified (DCI-COC-000771). We do not claim that your final product has passed any specific certification — we provide the documents you need for your own compliance process.
